Public Hearing –

On the application of Michael E. Kelly for an area variance to §380-16B(1) of the code of the Village of Liverpool, seeking a reduction of the front yard setback from 30 feet to 17 feet , currently front setback is 25’ to allow for the addition of a front porch at a property located at 906 Second Street, designated as tax map #008.-03-08.1
